• Licensed pharmacists are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your medication questions.
• Medications should arrive within seven days after Prescription Solutions receives your completed order.
• No shipping costs for standard delivery to U.S addresses, including U.S. territories.
• Prescription Solutions by OptumRx dispenses all medications into clearly labeled containers and mails them in a discreet, tamper-evident package.
• Prescription Solutions by OptumRx is a national mail service pharmacy founded and managed by pharmacists.

• By phone. Call Prescription Solutions by OptumRx at 1-877-889-6358 (TTY: 711), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have your medication name and physician’s telephone number ready when you call. They can get you set up with home delivery right over the phone.
• Or by physician. Have your physician’s office call 1-800-791-7658 with your prescriptions, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. CT, Monday - Friday, excluding certain holidays, (TTY: 711) or fax them to 1-800-491-7997 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Or by mail. Complete and mail a prescription order form (PDF) to Prescription Solutions by OptumRx.

How the Preferred Mail Service Pharmacy Works

• Your order enters their fulfillment system.
• A pharmacist reviews your information for drug interactions, allergies and dosage.
• For your security, another pharmacist reviews your medication for accuracy after it is dispensed.
• Prescription Solutions by OptumRx seals your medication in a discreet, tamper-evident package.
• They mail your medication to you and notify you when it has been shipped.

You are not required to use the plan’s Preferred Mail Service Pharmacy to obtain a 90-day supply of your maintenance medications, but you may pay more out-of-pocket compared to using the Preferred Mail Service Pharmacy.

Your prescriptions should arrive in about seven days from the date the completed order is received by Prescription Solutions Mail Service Pharmacy. You will be contacted by the Preferred Mail Service Pharmacy if there will be an extended delay in the delivery of your medications.
